I regret having a honey cruller donut with my bagel at supper and having a french vanilla too. I work at tim hortons so I get free timbits and donughts and free hot drinks for free.... so its very hard to resist some temptations... also i regret not doing more excersice

so far i take an average of 45 units a day

Here are my goals for the next 4 weeks; excersise 3-4 times a week eat more veggies and fruit since i work at tim hortons and i get free donughts and timbits and cookies, i will not eat them i will feel more confident in myself i will start running again

personnally i would pick option 2. Its such a cute shoe and since its a neutral color you can wear it with many more outfits :) have fun at the weeding!

i usually have 1/3 of a cup of quaker microwave quick oats=110 cals with 1 about teaspoon of brown sugar =12 cals with a lil bit of cinnamon= 18 cals for 1 table spoon and 5 strawberries =19 cals witch comes up too 159 cals plus i drink water

WHAT!!!!! you live in france!! I always wanted to go to france! and for lent im giving up chocolates, pies, cakes, ice cream , candies, white bread, peanut butter (witch is my trigger food) and I am going to go to the gym every day rather than sitting at my computer -.-

wow!! a half marathon! that must have tooken alot of work!
