I have been doing the Yes Fit virtual races to motivate me to walk more. Using Pokemon Go really helps the miles go by quickly.

My OB told me the exact opposite. I lost 15 lbs my first trimester and as long as the baby was growing and I was keeping down food it didn't seem to bother her.

It's recommended we have 3 fruits a day. You can easily go over your sugars just by following the health guidelines. lol

Congrats on the new baby!!! :smiley: I would ask your doctor about exercise. Go easy on yourself since you are recovering from something REALLY big. I know women who started walking with the baby after 6-8 weeks to ease back into working out. Be safe and don't over do it.

We are a small company of less than 10 people. People sell girl scout cookies and fundraiser stuff. There is no policy on it. I may talk it over with the owner though.

If it helps you to stay within your calorie goal, go for it. Different tricks help different people.

Good point. I figured it was what fit into the box with in their daily calorie goal. Kind of like meal prepping. But if it's just whatever fits into the box that would be a bad idea.

My husband's doctor told him the same thing. He has heart issues so he has to get all his levels checked plus, he's been losing weight. He was told to keep doing what he's doing since it seems to be working for him. :) GREAT JOB on your weight loss, BTW! :)
