I have been underweight, healthy and I'm currently obese. When I was underweight and healthy people were constantly telling me to eat. I don't think we necessarily need more laws. I do love the calorie disclosure though. I just think society as a whole needs to adopt a better attitude regarding health and food. If you look at other countries with a lower obesity rate their portions are smaller and people bike and walk more as opposed to driving,

My coworker is doing WW and I'm doing CICO. We are both losing and it seems to work for her. I think it depends on the person. I prefer CICO though. I feel like it gives me more freedom.

Also, for accuracy weight yourself at the same time every day. Even a few hours can make a difference. I can fluctuate 5lbs from morning to night. If it bothers you, you can get on the doctor's scale backwards and tell the nurse not to tell you your weight. That's what I do.

I know people who weigh themselves every month or so and they are doing great losing weight. I personally weigh myself every day out of habit. I think it's personal preference. If you are eating at a deficit you will lose weight no matter how often you look at the scale.

Also, if you substitute high calorie drinks with water (soda) it can help to keep you in a deficit. That helps with weight loss.

My DL says I weight 120 because that's what I weighed 15 years ago when I got my DL lol. I'm now 172. I've never updated it.

I walk every day. I log them as workouts because for me it is. Some days I go hard and try to jog or go for longer and some days I just do a mile.

Well, this week is not going to be fun. It's my TOM which means cravings, bloating, and my entire body aching. I'll probably not be on much this week. I hope everyone has a good week though.

Hey all! I haven't checked-in in a few days. Yesterday was my anniversary. It was a really tough day as far as eating goes. I went over my calories by 100. It could have been worse. I'm not kicking myself. Today is a new day. I hope everyone has a good day.

I've tried eating frequent small meals a day. For me eating lunch, dinner and a snack in between works. If I eat breakfast I can get queasy.

Yeah, I keep reminding myself that weight loss isn't linear. It can get discouraging, but I think I'm on the right track. I am going to pick up a digital food scale when I get paid too. I think that will help me be accurate and accountable.

I didn't check in yesterday because I was so busy I forgot. I still logged my food and was able to go for a walk after work. 3 weeks in and I was getting discouraged that I haven't lost any weight. I jumped on the scale this morning and I have lost 2lbs! I'll take it lol. I hope everyone is having a good day.

But we are talking about paying for more because you may have health issues. We paid more for my stepson's auto insurance even though he had no accidents just because he was a teen male driver.

Good morning! I need to get a food scale because I don't think I am logging correctly. The weekends are my worst days as far as eating goes. I did walk 2 miles yesterday, so that made me feel good. I hope everyone had a good weekend!
