I am overweight and I have not been to the doctor other than a yearly check up in years. My dad, who is fit and active, goes constantly because he's a mountain biker who has had serious accidents and now has back and neck problems. Who should pay a higher premium? I think it is a slippery slope.

Ok, I'm watching it now and there are no doctors or scientists on the "panel of experts". I think the personal trainer had more valuable things to say then the comedian and the psychologist did.

Hello, everyone! It's Friday which is when my eating habits start to go down hill for the week. Tonight is D&D night so there will be a lot of snacks. I do horrible on the weekends because I get so bored. I need to get through the weekend without over eating. I hope everyone has a good day!

Wednesday! My work week is half over! Yesterday I stayed within my calories! I am going to take a walk after work before I pick up my kid from school. I am so glad I bought lunch stuff yesterday. My lunch was a no brainer today lol. I hope everyone is having a good day!

Good morning, everyone! Yesterday I stayed in my calories and did a mile walk. I want to walk a mile again today. I forgot my lunch today so I'll have to go to the store and get some stuff to make my lunch. At least I can get enough for the week and keep it at the fridge at work.

You cannot out run your diet. You need to know how many calories you are taking in. Also, how do you know you are burning 600-1000 calories a workout?
