25lbs down!
I am 25 lbs down since last March! It's not been fast, but it's been sustainable! My cholesterol is also down and in the normal range! I just wanted to celebrate my progress! lol

First 15!
I lost my first 15 lbs! I started at 202 and I'm down to 187! I also noticed my jeans are lose. My kiddo says I need a belt lol

From not hungry to starving
I go from not being hungry at all to starving in a matter of minutes. Is there an in between?? I have an issue with over eating and I tend to overeat when I am starving. Any tips for this? I do drink water through the day.

Feeling like a failure
I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I constantly go back and forth. I've lost the same 15 lbs 3 times now. I am back to it today though. When I get to a rough spot I just need to keep going and that's when I say "screw it" and I throw in the towel.

Make Yes! Happen
I've lost 10lbs without exercising. Now, my sister and I want to start walking. Today we've signed up for a Make Yes! Happen race and we are going to see who finishes it first! The one we are doing is 22 miles. I think it will be a fun motivator!

Facebook groups
Are all Facebook groups full of people trying to sell stuff??? All the ones I join are filled with sell posts and hardly anyone posts actual weight loss. My inbox also fills up with BB and Itworks sells reps. It gets annoying.

How long did it take to get to your goal weight?
I am 40 lbs overweight and I want to lose it all in 1 year. Is that doable? I know it didn't take me a year to put on (more like 5), but I wasn't necessarily trying to gain weight either lol. I am trying to set realistic goals.

Not enough calories??
I am a 30F, 5'3" and weigh 169lbs. MFP says I should eat 1320 calories to lose 1lb a week. Is that too low? I have a desk job so my activity level is low.
