I'm back here

Options
EVERY TIME I say "This is it! I am going to lose this weight!" I fall back into my old habits and gain it all back. UGH!

I am trying to find out why I am failing. I've narrowed it down to:

1) Motivation - I get to the point I just don't want to do it anymore. I just want to overeat high calorie foods and pretend like it's not harming my health.
2) I stop logging my foods because I don't want to see it if I go over more than a day or 2.
3) I think "what's the point? I'll never be the size I was before I got pregnant 7 years ago."


What are somethings that helps you when you just don't want to log your food or even care anymore? I need some tips.
