My issue is the winter. That's when I got the membership. With all the snow and ice, I didn't want to go outside and walk/run in that. I do have a staircase, so maybe run up and down them too? lol

I hear ya. I only gained 15 lbs when I was pregnant. I was so sick I couldn't eat. After having her I went crazy and ate like a pig. I have invited him to the gym. He struggles with his weight and gets mad at himself. Last year he lost 75 lbs then stopped losing and got frustrated and stopped. I was supportive of him although I wasn't ready to get healthy myself. I hope he does go with me sometime. I would love to do this with him.

Yes! So true! I am in therapy to deal with a lot of my issues. It's not about the food. I have an OCD and one of my obsessive thoughts is I am afraid of being hungry so I over eat. I think if I eat a lot I won't starve. I am working hard to change tht thought process.

Hahaha! That was my problem! I ate everything in sight and still didn't gain! I was sick for my entire pregnancy and couldn't eat a lot so I went overboard! lol

Good for you! When I breastfed my daughter I didn't eat well at all and when she stopped I gained a ton of weight! I'm now wishing I would have started eating well while I was breastfeeding. It sounds like you are on the right track!
