oh and thing is, my body gains weight much much more faster than losing weight..which is why i worry about eating too much :/

oh wow i didnt know i have so many replies. i appreciate all the explaining and such, really :) im about 153cm and weighing 54kg currently..i used to be 50 kg so im planning to get that kind of weight back. i know exercise is important. i do some cardios at home but its very seldom.. anyway am i small enough to be eating…
