I aim for at least 400 calories 5-6 days a week. I use a HRM to get a fairly accurate count. Before using it, I thought I was burning a lot more calories than I actually was. But it takes me 60 minutes on average to reach that 400 cal mark on the elliptical or doing zumba so it is pretty difficult to get much more in a day.

Thanks, this sounds delicious. I know my husband would love it.

Bran Crispbread - its only available around me at the health food store - but low calories with high fiber. Hummus Kellogg's Fiber Plus Bars - these are my chocolate fix, it feels like I am eating a candy bar but for only 120 calories and 9 grams of fiber.

I am 5'7 and my goal is 135ish. I will see what I look like when I get there to see if I need to lose more. My current weight is 144 and my main goal is to lower my body fat %. That is more important to me than the scale.

I use one single serving of plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of fat free buttermilk, and 1 1/2 TBLS of Ranch dry mix. It makes enough for 6 of my dinner sized salads. :)

I like to make my own using greek yogurt, fat free buttermilk, and a little ranch dry mix. It does the job for me for under 40 calories per serving. And I like a good bit of dressing on my salad.

Sounds yummy!

I would agree that losing 2 pounds per week is a little too high of a goal. I would lower the goal to around 1/2 pound and make sure to exercise 4-6 days a week. With a little patience you can get the weight off and do it in a healthy way.

Our family's favorite is grilled chicken, onion, and pepper fajitas. We just put a little olive oil and taco seasoning on all of it and throw it on the grill. We serve them with tortillas and salsa. Yummy.

I have the dvds and use them 4 or 5 days a week. I LOVE them and wish they were a little longer, which is highly unusual for me.

My second son co-slept with us for 14 months. While I have no problem with co-sleeping, it wasn't what my husband and I wanted to do. We tried everything to get him to sleep in his crib. The only thing that worked for us was crying it out. It was hard, probably harder on me than anyone, but it worked. And quicker than I…

I also have the Polar FT7. It fits great and seems to be a much more accurate way to calculate exercise calories. It has really helped me.

I am 5'7 and 145 pounds and in a 45 minute zumba dvd at home, my hrm shows that I burn around 415-450 calories.

I just got my zumba dvd's last week and have loved them. With my HRM, it shows that I burn around 400-450 calories in 45 minutes.

I was just in wal-mart looking for the same thing. I would love a whole wheat torilla that isn't 200 calories each!!!

Hi! I have been here two weeks and could use some cheerleaders as well. :) Feel free to add me.

My 29th birthday is April 25th and I would love to be at my goal weight by then. I'm in.

Thanks for sharing. Your pictures make me feel like I can actually get my body back. I am 5'7" and was also a little over 200lbs at delivery and have made it down to 150 currently. My goal is 135 and it seems so far, far away. But seeing you do it makes me know that I can as well. Thanks again!
