I heard you! had a great day yesterday (Rehoboth Half Marathon) and a nice long run always makes me feel better. Great flat course...back on track. (pardon the pun!)

I had the same Friday I think (not satisfied with anything!). I've found drinking a big glass of cold water seems to 'reset' the meltdown button.
