I'm about half a stone heavier in pic 3 I reckon. By extra weight I mean that, not suggesting i think i'm overweight, just that I could stand to lose a few lbs here and there.

These arent really unhealthy in proper portion sizes but I never realised how calorie dense they were muesli dried fruit granola flapjacks muffins

If you've managed to lose 4lbs in a few weeks, surely it's not the Implanon that has caused the weight gain? I believe contraceptives can sometimes increase appetite/ cravings but they don't cause weight gain by themselves.

I get up at 5.45am for gym three times a week (7ish on other days), I just make sure to get to bed a little earlier the night before. My body reacts pretty violently, but I also have IBS which is affected by alcohol, and fatty/greasy foods. I try and stay on track most of the time, but always keep some immodium in my handbag just in case!! :embarassed:
