Cusegirl1992/Martha SW: 149 CW: 149.6 GW: 139 I went up this week...yuck! I think when I saw these numbers on Monday, I tried to put them out of my mind. But, Wednesday morning and I am still at this number and it is TOM, so I am hoping that next week will be better. Sorry for posting late.

I have been losing/gaining the same 5lbs since about June...it is quite frustrating. I am hoping to make a change this time around!

SW: 149 CW: 148 GW: 139 Didn't move anything this week and am actually excited about it! TOM usually brings on an added 5lbs, but the water and walking has helped with that. As far as NSV...I was successful with 5/7 days not eating past 9pm. :) Let's see what next week brings!

Doing better this week. Finishing up with my 8th glass of water and did a 3 mile walk ( indoor due to rain ) for 45 minutes...I've also found a facebook page called Skinny Crock Pot. With after school activities, I have brought out the crock pot! Does anyone have experience with this page?

not sure about healthier, but an option is Soy butter or Sunflower butter. My daughter is allergic to peanuts and so this is her alternative. My other daughter who is NOT allergic has tried both and says they taste just like peanut butter.
