I usually get off work at 8pm. I eat dinner around 7pm. I usually go to the gym right after work, getting there at around 8:30pm. Is it a good idea to eat 1/2 my dinner before going to the gym and finish the other 1/2 afterwards? The problem is that when I'm done with my workout, I'm typically very hungry. I do notice that…

Firstly, thank you arewethereyet and greeneyes490 for the replies. I will try applying some coco butter and see if that will help. I have them on my arms, partly on my shoulder and stomach. Over the years they have gotten lightER but I can still notice them. >.<

Also, I want to include my question regarding the stretch marks that I've acquired through the years....Is there something I can do that will help them heal? I read up on it and many people said that it's not something you will ever get rid of. Kind of depressing. FYI, they are no longer pink/red because I've gotten them…

Hi everyone, I just joined today. I'm currently at 182 and my goal is 110. I hope this site will help me. I've tried diets and all that for many years. I'm turning 23 next month. I've been trying to get to my ideal weight since I was in high school. Any tips would be wonderful :happy:
