Amazing job! That is not a flat route between those places. You're just inspired me to get out on my bike for a pre-dinner ride since the rain has stopped. I'm aiming for a 50k ride this month. 100k seems huge to me right now. Good for you for doing it!

Great job. Those are amazing results in 30 days.

That is amazing success! Keep up the great work :)

I will not give up anything. I just have everything in moderation and in my calorie count. I make things work and have satisfied every craving I have had since starting this 2+ months ago. This isn't a diet for me. It is a lifestyle change for me.

Eating too little. I lose weight faster when I eat around 1400-1500 calories a day. MFP suggested 1200 but that isn't sustainable for me. I felt like I was dieting and that isn't how I want to live my life.

Just add a bit more distance on each ride. Don't worry about times. At least that's what worked for me. Getting out on my bike after almost 20 years seemed silly to me but now when I discuss it with others they are impressed with the distances I cover on weekends. And I'm only using a fixie. It's very pretty but no gears…

Awesome job! I love the pic!

Congrats! Same starting weight & basically the same height as me. You've definitely inspired me. You look great!

I had this problem when I started riding. I took 4 days off and switched things up with Zumba for a bit and haven't had any problems since. A rest will do you no harm as long as you get back up in the saddle :)

80 oz a day. I am peeing 24/7 even after months of drinking this much. How does everyone else not need to get up 1-2 times a night? It can't be healthy to lose sleep to water.

Great job. There is a huge difference in the pics. Keep them with you if it helps you to see it.

Good for you! I have been losing without eliminating any favourite foods too. When the guilt is gone so is the feeling that you "failed".

Congrats on getting to ONEderland! I am almost there too. It must be an amazing feeling. Enjoy your day!!

You look fantastic! Way to go!

It has been the best app I have found for cycling. The GPS is 100% correct for me and I like the online options they have too. I don't eat back all my calories anyways so if it is wrong then it doesn't really matter. I do 17-25km bike rides with it and it never kills my battery.

No one yet but people ask about the clothes I'm wearing and I say "I've had this forever". Sure I've had it forever but I haven't fit in it for 8 years! I think they will start to notice around 25lbs (I hope).

Thanks I will check out Endomondo. I have looked at it before and the calories burned were way higher than MapMyWalk. That's why I wanted something to tell me what I am really burning.
