my sister is 5 foot 4 and is on 1,400 cals a day , she started on 1,250 but found it wasnt enough for her , personally i think if your comfy and are getting enough food at between 1,200-1,300 then stick with this , if u feel hungry then go over abit when u need too .

I used to tell my Bf all the time lol but now I just don't say anything too embarrassed

I used to get embarrassed and would lie all the time at my heaviest , my friends were on a diet and we all used to talk about our weight , I am even embarrassed to tell my partner at the minute , he wouldn't judge I just feel ashamed.

I lost 7 stone and put a lot of It back on tried mfp a few times and I just keep plodding along , don't give up u can do it

I work there and u get a free meal however I am trying to go for the more "healthier " and less calorie options like chicken nuggets and wraps

I have a lovely boyfriend and a pretty decent life and i always feel like this , i get down all the time but tbh i think it's my weight more than anything , i try and focus on the good things in life and try and sort out the bad bits like my weight . i am 225 lbs and i am allowed 1,460 calories per day to lose an average 2lbs per week and i fine this ok , i usually get full and use them all and try and save a few for snacks etc . Good luck :)

I like low fat yogurts , fruit bars like go ahead and i like the odd bag of crisps too :)

I don't miss anything either really , i still eat what i want in moderation and in smaller portions and plan ahead that way i dont go overboard :)

First time i did slimming world i lost 7 stone 5 lbs and felt amazing !!! However 1 year later i gained 3 stone , i got bored of the diet i was eating the same thing all the time . Mfp lets u eat healthy and what u want in moderation , i would recommend slimming world as it was great for me , but mfp is free and easier :)

Mine consisted of having a very unhealthy breakfast , maybe 3 slices of bread covered in cheese and 2 packets of crisp , i would munch on crisps and chocolate throughout the day and have a fatty lunch and tea . I topped the scales at nearly 19st at my heaviest at just 17 i am much healthier now due to 4 years of healthy…
