Thanks! Bad form could be a reason...I try to keep my core tight throughout ..but towards the end the form goes south when I get tired...esp the level1,2 drills, ski abs & in & outs..I guess I ll improve with time! I miss doing Yoga. I got so flexible while doing the Yoga X Included in P90X. I think..I ll incorporate Yoga…

I had to take a 3 day break ...After doing Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs..My Lower back was hurting me! And the pain was enough for me not workout the next couple of days ...I was afraid it would only get worse if i do an insane workout like this!
