After I cook dinner (but before I eat) I'm going to take about 15 minutes and give myself a mini work out (squats, lunges, push ups, burpees and a one minute plank). My man has band practice tonight, so after dinner I'm meeting up with a friend and I vow not to have a signle cocktail!

Last Friday, I was 188.8 - this Friday, 187.3. Down 1.5lbs!! I'm still not exercising (other than a few pushups, burpees, planks, squats, etc., from time to time at the house)..so maybe next week I'll drag my butt to the gym a few days and see what happens. Hope to see less of y'all (in volume) this time next week!

I had planned on doing 0 pushups today, so I'm glad I read this. As soon as I get home, I'll do 20 then crank out as many burpees as I can without passing out (probably about 15). Thank you all for the inspiration :)

I eat them every day! I <3 chia and have my whole office addicted to them - we sing ch-ch-ch-chia everytime too! lol I mostly eat them for breakfast b/c I find they keep me way full. Those individually frozen tilapia filets - to me they always have some gross pesticide/plastic flavor. I usually waste a whole lemon trying to choke down half a filet, before I give up and throw the other half away.
