Another note...weigh yourself at the same time (preferably in the morning before you eat, after you go to the bathroom). It'll give you the most consistent results! I prefer to weigh once per week rather than daily...weight will definitely fluctuate through-out the week, so this kind of helps me to avoid seeing the highs…
