avoid having bad weeks, by allowing ur self a cheat day once every ten days... thats what i do, its fantastic :) my last cheat day i had a chicken fillet burger and chips with some chocloate for desert iv lost 38 pounds and hoping to lose another 32 :)

the profile allows u to state how active your lifestyle is, sedentary lightly active very active, therefore if you do this coorectly you shud not need to enter ur work and daily walk to the excercise log :) :happy:

a few tips, eat slowly, drink alot of water eat healthy foods to fill the hunger after ur meal
