I like them too. There's no way I could follow the Slim Fast plan without starving...but I try to replace 3-4 meals a week with the shakes.

I don't know if this relates to you, but I eat nonstop in front of the TV.....my new rule is TV off at 9:00 and then I'll take a shower or read a book. Getting away from the couch keeps me from late night snacking. Hope that helps!

I love this idea! It's so hard to change everything all at once! I am with you on your goal....I tend to watch an hour or two of TV each night before bed and that's when my bad eating can happen (cereal is my weakness!) so I support you in this goal, I'm in too!

I let myself have 4 "larger" breakfasts a week and 3 smaller ones, like just a yogurt or Slim Fast Bar. On my bigger breakfast days, I have whole wheat eggos with almond butter and fruit, or an egg on a what english muffin. I love breakfast foods! No matter what I eat, though, I still have a snack about 3 hours later.

I love babybel cheeses with a few triscuits and nothing beats air popped popcorn because you can have a big bowl of it! Lasts for a whole TV show! :)
