yeah and it stinks that when you work out, all your macro's go UP except sodium! I rarely go over on fat. My biggest struggle is with protein and sodium. to much of one.. not enough of the other. I'm sure if I would just add some lean meats.. but I'm not a big meat eater.

trojanbb... LOL!!! ...aint that the truth! I personally would love a guy to walk up, hand me his number (with his name on it) and walk away. Yeah.. let me finish my work out, but believe me... I WOULD BE KILLIN THAT MACHINE and praying the number doesn't smear from my sweat.

Ok, after week 1 here we go.... I think I went through every "stage" they listed for EM2LW in 1 week lol. Here are my stats after 1 week..... up 2 lbs. lost 1/2 - 1" off all measurements except my arms. (which is good.. Thanks.. I found where I messed it up. Re entering info , leads to mistakes. Especially if you redo it 20 times lol. I noticed a couple times, weeks that I had been on vacation and ate more... I would lose weight those weeks. So when I saw the EM2LW group, I had to check it out. I think I have found my new home! :)

THANK YOU!!! I kept running it through scooby so many times... cause I didn't believe it. Then today I did it again, only this time I put my height in inches... in the Cent. column. Duh. I am glad I only have to eat back workout calories IF I go below BMR!! Again..thank you!

The brand you get can make all the difference in the world. I hated the "chunks" and liquid stuff too.. YUK.. then I tried "Michigan" brand cottage cheese. Small curd. It's amazing!!! It has a totally different taste then the others. And very good with all the suggestions here :) If I can't get that brand.. I don't buy any.

definitely agree!!!! you may want 3 lbs a week.. but wouldn't it be better to have 1/2 lb or 1 lb a week off.. instead of GAINING every week. Eat more. I know several others that did this.. and it worked great, including myself. Good luck. On another note: Isn't it awesome to be on a "diet" and get told to eat MORE? :)…
