scrambled eggs with some sauteed veggies. I usually use whatever veggies I have leftover from the night before. Eggs are chocked full of protien and keep me full for a long time. Best of luck

You have to just choose to. Keep easy to make meals for the weekends. Lean cuisines work well. Or on Saturday, set up a crock pot and make a 2 day meal so you don't have to cook Sundays. Its very difficult to lose a baby. I lost one at 19 weeks. He was beautiful and I miss him terribly. Just let her cry. Don't tell her it will get better. It will, but what she wants is to mourn. But I'm pretty sure you are an awesome friend and figured that out already :embarassed:
