I have stopped losing weight for almost 5 weeks ...I stick to my calories intake 90% of the time and have been working out regularly. I have been doind the 30DAYSHRED and some zumba ..still not NSV . So I'm thinking on changing the workouts..but honestly isn"t there people out there who lose weight just by walking 30+ min a day...why does it have to be so complicated ?

    I lose best from walking. Maybe you just need to change things up a bit and have 1 or 2 really bad food days? Shock your body.

    People do say you need to change up your workout. But I understand being frustrated because you would like to stick to walking. Because any exercise should count, right?

    Maybe try zigzagging the calories. But be proud of yourself for sticking with it. As long as you are not starving yourself by going under 1200, or totally pigging out everyday, you are doing well.
