Shaved legs and painted toes!
So this is a weird NSV, but tonight I took a bath and shaved my legs and realized that for the first time since high school that I could get my leg way up high in the air! I can't seem to stick to a "schedule"
I seem to have trouble with regimine type workouts. Especially since I almost always excercise alone. Anyone else out there rebel against the system and excercise willy nilly? How is it working for you? Maybe I should dig deeper and find more discipline.

Amazing really
I've only lost 14 pounds, but wow, what a difference 14 pounds makes. I feel amazing, and so energetic. I've gone non-stop all weekend, and I feel like I can keep going. Just thought I would share!

Leg challenge
Who wants to see what a month can do for your legs? My thought is that everyone does whatever workout they feel will tone their legs and then post before and after pics the last day? Something I noticed
I've noticed that since starting MFP and excercising that standing tall is easier. I use to always feel compressed...pulled down. Now I feel good when I stand up straight..and my step is lighter. What have you noticed?
