This question is for vegetarians or pescetarians. I decided to change the way I was eating a couple months ago and found that being pescetarian is really kind of delicous. However, I've noticed this past week that I'm drowsy alot and am having trouble focusing. Did you have that issue when you changed your diet. Should I be adding a supplement or a type of food to help me with this. Right now, I kind of feel like I'm walking around in a haze and my blonde moments (I"m blonde, I can admit it!) are coming more frequently.

First I have to laugh because I'm 65 and memory loss is a daily thing! Second what is the diet you've been using. I know that sometimes if you are detoxing it can space you out. And you've probably heard this before but "drink water" it really does help. Dehydration also makes you tired and can make you spacey.

If you are anemic (iron deficient) that would make you tired and make you feel less than "with it" - if you aren't eating a lot of meat, I'm betting you aren't getting much iron...

Consider your pre-pesc carb count too. If you've drastically cut down on your carbs then that will affect your mentality as well. You might need to step down to full-pesc instead of jumping in all at once.

It never hurts to drink more water, but I'd have a look at your carb intake over recent days compared to previously.
    good luck!

I would definitely look at your carb and iron intake.

Thanks, I just added iron to my diary, and I'm betting iron is the problem. I will add more to my diet.
