So my starting weight here was 194, now I am 188. So down 6 pounds since December 18th... slower than previous but hey not bad for the Christmas season. :)

I just have to say how happy I am that Christmas and New Years are now over. It's good to be back into the swing of things! Not expecting a huge loss this week thanks to New Years celebrations but oh well!

How did we all do for Christmas?? I did great.. down a pound even though I felt like I ate terribly! Although I am moving my weigh-in day to Saturday, the holidays ruined my groove a little! Yes you sure can and I do! I am not a huge vaggie eater, and I like meats. I have a huge sweet tooth. I enjoy what I like in moderation. Cutting out condiments helps, and I stay under my sugar macros very carefully. Exercise also definitely helps. You don't have to starve nor eat like a rabbit!

I personally do my weigh-ins on Wednesday (why Wedsnesday of all days?? haha!) But I think Sunday is a great idea to check in :)

It has worked fine for me. I try and fail to completely kick sugar. I instead learn to live with it in a healthy manner. I don't worry abut going over on proteins (I have never gone over on carbs), but sugar is the important one for me to stick to. But IIFYM has taught me to eat what I like, but how to reduce it and add in…

Oh man this is a little hard during Christmas isn't it! I may not see a loss this week but if I can enjoy myelf without gaining then that will be a huge accomplishment for me and the first in many Christmases!

Hey that's fine! I was pretty scared at first too. And the number was higher than I imagined it would be! That hurt. But I can promise... you will feel better once you start and you will never want to look back! The beginning is the hardest for sure though!
