Looking for activate and friendly buddies to keep my butt in gear!
I'm on day 6 and going strong, having achieved a steady 2 pound per week loss. I previously lost about 40 pounds and regained it all due to not changing my eating habits. Not this time! This time I realize that the change is not just until I lose the pounds... it's for life! I know that logging my food may be something I…

I started at 212 at about Eastertime. My target is about 150 and…

Why do I need to match my BMR in calories?
I am so confused. I get what the BMR is. Why do I need to eat that amount (about 1700 for me) and why should I be eating my calories back once I've worked out at the gym? Doesn't that defeat the purpose... where is the science in that which allows me to lose weight if I am keeping my calories equal to my BMR? Sorry if this…
