  • Last night I could barely sleep because my muscles ached so bad. Thismorning they still hurt..It is the muscles just below the buttocks and goes down the legs.. these are not cramps but severe aches. I am drinking more water than I am required..   • I weighed myself this morning the 2 day.. and I actually gained 1.5 pounds. and my sister had the headache and bloating... I was amazed that Haylie actually took the time to answer my questions... so I know that I am suppose to double the servings and she said just to give it a full cycle try..if we are feeling too full…
  • we took a semi-brisk walk..I had ankle surgery last year and still having problems and under a drs. care, so I really can't do a true cardio yet....

  • Hello everyone. My sister & I just bought the book and started on monday the 15th of april.. I sure hope I am understanding the portion correctly.. My sister is 58 & I am 59 5'7" & 5'6" she weighing 220 & me at 182.. so both trying to lose 50 60 pounds.. wish us luck. we both lost 22 pounds doing medifast..I kept 10 pounds…
