Have drunk green tea before but found it quiet bland. Am intrigued with the suggestions of coconut and honey. :)

Started this workout on Monday and have done it twice, definitely feel it working. Have down other kettlebell workouts before and I have to say I love the way Jillian pushes you, give it a go a see :)

Will def give your blog a look. Really enjoying the workout, I find it alot less annoying and irritating than 30DS. With regards diet, I'm eating healthy and have lowered my calorie intake to 1330 daily.

Cardio 2 still kills me and I'm due to start Cardio 3 next week. The only thing that gets me through the workout is the fact that you only do each circuit 3 times.

Jillian Michaels has a few workouts thats are ideal for at home. 30 Day shred is great. Have a look on Youtube and see if you like it.

Well done, I'm on week 6 and have seen a loss in both weight and inches. Cardio still kills me but I'm enjoying it :)
