I feel you. Well... had this for a while, then started to feel horrible and forced myself to eat more. The appetite comes back : ) But the forcing oneself is hard.

I'm an artist and crafter, earn some modest money with my drawings and sew a lot for LARP... and fail at knitting again and again due to forgetting how... but I'll try some other time. Also geek and nerd from the heart :))

I did this with trout yesterday, but it's a good technique for salmon, too, I think. The smell of rooibos gives me an intense headache but GIMME ALL THE OTHER TEA! Grew up in a family drinking tea all day, camomile, black, peppermint, green, everything :) Some had/have to grow on me but I give every tea a chance or two and usually it wins me over.

Ballet and riding classes, lol :) Also I always wanted to see the boars in the woods close to us but never got to see any. There was an old man in the woods whose hobby it was to observe the wildlife there. He told me so much about boars that I still have this weird huge love for them. Oh, and these bad boys:

Just started a few months ago with MFP, and already reached maintance- I did not have much to lose. But my journey is faaaaar from over, because now that I have dropped the kilos I wanted to get rid of there's my actual and most important goal: fitness and health! And I have the feeling that this journey will never be over…

My belly not looking stupid in slightly tigher shirts! :D ...on the other hand I have to wear belts now all the time to keep my pants up, but that's a little sacrifice of comfort compared to the greater gain of less sweating, feeling lighter all together and slimmer arms :)

If I could get fresh whole milk here I would be the happiest thing on the planet- I love the stuff! Here I buy... as whole as it gets (3.5% - 3.8% fat) and it's the only milk I am willing to drink (low fat tastes like nothing to me). Hmm... when it's not there I don't want it, I never crave sweets, thus I never buy any. If it's there I might plan to eat one as a little treat... then I don't care about going over my calories (gasp, 200cal over? Oh noes!) Seriously, some sins won't kill you :)

"Eat yer millet and oats, it's what they feed horses and horses have great hair!" - My grandmother I'd definitely check if you are getting all the vitamins, minerals etc that you need, if you are and the hair loss continues... ask a doctor? Or at a pharmacy, they might be able to give advice on that.

In some more or less harsh lessons I learned how important eating is and when I eat less that 1000 I know I will be utterly tired the next day... so I don't.
