Finished this morning (8/17/13). It was a great run. I'm very slow, but it doesn't bother me at all. Going to look into 10k training. We shall see.

Thanks you two. I have taken the week off from training. My back is feeling much better. Since it is the Color Run I am still going to go, but if it is in any pain tomorrow, I'll just walk. Thanks for the support

I have tried it this way and enjoyed it. I put apples and craisins in mine so I think it cuts the tartness. I want to try adding some Bolthouse Farms Honey Mustard. 45 calories for 2 TBS. YUM!
