  • Have you tried anything by Jillian Michaels? I love No More Trouble Zones, Kickbox Fastfix, and Boost Fat Blast Metabolism. She has DVDs for every level of fitness IMO
  • Do you have a toaster? English muffins with peanut butter and bananas are tasty (and you can eat it on the way to work!). I also love yogurt and fruit in the mornings which involves zero cooking which is nice :)

  • My calorie burn is also starting to decrease... and I'm not muscle sore afterwards so it doesn't feel as effective but I think thats just the crazy talking. My one concern with the surrenders... my wrist and elbows hurt not my shoulders O.o

  • I never want to do a lunge again my goodness :angry: of all the moves to repeat in both DVDs we had to have every variation of a side, forward, backward, flippy lunge possible. Well I am proud I got through it and looking forward to just one workout tomorrow.
