  • I'm 5'1", also working on the last few pounds. It's defintely such a struggle - I can easily eat as much as my 6'2" boyfriend... in fact I've beaten him at Dominos before. Would love to have more friends who understand the added challenge!
  • I could have written the OP. I have been scouring the internet to see if anyone has had a similar experience to go avail - I am so glad you posted here. When I think about the pain I felt after having had my IUD fitted I feel nauseous and anxious. I was in an out of three different hospitals for a week only to be told it…
  • This blog is my life saver: http://cookingonabootstrap.com/
  • I'm 5'1" and am around 120 pounds. I have a large bone structure and am a naturally more muscular build, so my goal is to be around 115 - while I've never been lower, I'm fairly sure I'd look quite ill by 110. Bone structure and natural build has a lot to answer for and it's taken me ages to realise this!
  • Thanks again everybody ☺ I have only dropped about 10 pounds because I was never officially overweight, just at the higher end of healthy! I think I'm feeling more toned overall as I've been working out and eating at a deficit. I guess it's nearly time to start eating at a smaller deficit (cue Christmas)!
  • Thank you all! It was more a vanity query than a real pressing concern! It's just reassuring for a hypochondriac like me to here from peole like pinkpixie who have had the same experience ☺
  • I don't especially enjoy running, but have found a little route that is 1.6 miles that I do about 5 times a week to boost my weekly cardio. I started doing it in October, 2 months later I am running at on average at 8 minutes a mile (because I have to cross multiple roads and wait for pedestrian crossings, the route takes…
  • Hi! I'm a UK twenty year old! Except I live in France at the moment so I'm an hour ahead. Will add you anyway :)
  • Thank you everyone! I don't think I was very clear - sorry - I didn't eat them at the same time, I just noticed the icky feeling I felt after eating quinoa a few weeks ago (which I had attributed at the time to exactly what socioseguro said, it not being 'clean') was the same as when I ate buckwheat the other night. I…
  • That's reassuring... hopefully a couple of months until normality :)

  • I got mine in August and have managed to lose weight with it, I too had had the implant before this. As an unrelated to weight loss (sorry!) question - has anyone else found they're getting spotty with it?! Or if you've had it for a while, did the spots go? I feel like I'm 15 again! :(

  • Thank you so much all! I've only just worked out how to find my own thread because I can't technology. That's really good to know, I'm still loving fitness blender but am looking forward to checking out your suggestions. It's reassuring to hear about your successes with similar methods, congratulations to you all!
  • I'd love to join! I had a really good month, went to spend the weekend with my boyfriend who lives in another country, ate like a pig, and am now struggling to be disciplined again! Hopefully this group mentality will keep me accountable :)
  • You look great! Well done you :) I'm also a short girl (5'1") and I find it's so much harder to *look* slimmer at this height - so I appreciate how well you've overcome that hurdle!
  • Hi! I'm 20 and don't own a scale - I'm a healthy weight but looking to lose some vanity pounds - probably up to 10. Last few are the hardest so would be great for some people to keep my accountable! Adding you all :)
  • Thanks so much! The batteries have been changed, but my room is carpeted so will try using it my bathroom now. I have a giant history book that I shall started weighing to see if it's consistent- thanks so much for your advice and ideas, I hadn't even thought of that!
