The fear I have about eating more calories is that hypothyroid suffers have a much lower metabolism and heart rate. Thats something I thought about though. I will try that, can't hurt.

I lose weight in chunks. I lost 3lbs last week now I will probably go a 3 weeks to a month with no scale change. I have lost 17 lbs but I gained 5 back and lost 3 more after. I've had hypothyroid since I was 9, I am now 26. Its really is a constant battle and struggle. My level are wacky even on meds. I make sure to eat small portions and never go with out eating. That makes my metabolism even slower.

What you need to watch are calories and fat. As long as you know your sugar intake is from fruits don't worry about it. Its suppose to help you watch what you eat. Don't let it control everything you eat.

As the only form of excercise I would have to disagree with this product but its kind of a good idea. My 4 yr old daughter loves to play on treadmills. This would be good for house that have treadmill that kids want to play on. I get it although its kind of weird.

I like wheat thin spaghetti. Crushed tomatoes with italian seasoning. Saute zucchini, squash, onion, mushrooms. Add some turkey sausage. Delicious!

Look at discount places. TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or Ross. They have good workout equipment for cheap.

Its pretty normal. Just say thanks and move on. That's what I have to do. LOL. When I'm asked why I think I need to lose weight I say I'm not dieting to lose weight, I'm in it to be healthy and change my life. Weight loss is just a side effect.

I am experiencing the same thing. I have very irregular periods and have been trying to get pregnant for 5 yrs (just took a test-neg). I never spot. The only thing I can say is its due to excercise.

IMO. I was 4'11' and weighed 135lbs. In college I weighed 85lbs. Nothing is too small or big if you are going about it the healthy way. proper excercise and diet you will be at the weight you are meant to be. Don't do anything crazy and don't let yourself believe your anything less then beautiful. Just stay healthy!

If your trying to lose weight you need that deficit. If you want to maintain then eat them. If I know that I'm going to go over in calories one day I excercise extra hard a few day before and after.

I've always loved mushrooms so its nice to know they are beneficial. I even make my husband choke them down because i put them in everything I can think of. Thanks for the info.

There is nothing to be nervious about. Just take it one day at a time. You will def be sore but it good to push yourself. You will be so proud when you complete each session!
