Thanks guys. I just see so many people post what they burn and I feel like a wimp. My max heart rate is about 180 (resting 80) and I usually keep my hr at 150-160 while working out. My calorie intake is about 1200-1400 so 600+ is half my intake of calories. Which I couldn't even fathom doing. 99clmsntgr- how in the world…

Obviously take your meds. There are long term effects from not treating thyroid problems. Secondly build muscle, don't be afraid of the weights. I've been dealing with hashimoto's disease since I was 7 so that gives me about 20 yrs experience with drs, meds, and weight problems. If you have any question don't hesitate to…

Why the hell would someone wear make up to the gym? I just don't get it. When people use the ab machines incorrectly with no resistance.

I eat when I'm hungry.I stay between 1100-1400. I eat 3 large meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner and 3 small snacks. Don't deprive your body.

The lack of a period could also be thyroid related and being underweight too. I may have my period every 4 or 5 months and I have hashimoto hypothyroidism since I was 7. My weight fluxuates 20lbs with no change in diet or exercise. Make sure your TSH is on target. All I can say is learn to be happy with who you are and…

My husband had a serious problem with me gaining weigh. He just wasn't physically attracted to me. I'm not going to wine and cry about it. I did gain weight between hypothyroid disease, fertility treatments and just plan no exercise and bad diet I gained 50lbs. It was my fault. I got smart and got healthy. I'm not to my…

I was 85 lbs. My goal weight is now 105lbs. I am 4' 11" and I have a small frame. 85 lbs was too small but 120 lbs makes me look swollen in my face and hands.

I was a SAHM for the first 5 yrs now my daughter is in school. I enjoy working and being home equally. When I was at home I was in a playgroup and had mommy's night out occasionally. I felt well rounded. I wasn't socially deprived or depressed. I'm happy with my life. It makes me sad that such a low percent of people are…

My husband is the king of being a pain in my *kitten* but I like that. I want him to give me a hard time and ruffle my feathers. I like that he doesn't allow me to settle for anything less then my best. I love my husband and I think he does a great job at being there for me whether I like it or not.

Wait a week and weigh yourself again. Have you been taking measurements? Your weight can fluxuate a few pounds. Dont worry about it.
-
I believe its a genetic thing. At my lowest weight 85lbs (4'11" ) I didnt have it. My mom is 120lbs (5'7") and she also cares some weight around her butt and thighs as I do and doesn't have it. Sorry about your luck. Keep calm and chive on!

4'11" 105lbs- 17lbs to go.
-
My husband loves that gap. I don't have it. Even at my smallest (85lbs) I didnt have one. I think its sexy, but not realistic for me.

I like california rolls. You really can't screw them up.
-
Definitely invest in a HRM. Its really the only way to get a good read on excercise calories.

My weight can fluxuate up to 4lbs in a week. Set a day of the week and only weigh yourself that day. I became obsessed with my weight for about a month which really got me down. Base it on how you feel. If you feel good and know your doing your best, use that to motivate you.

I have my husbands initials on my hip and he has my name on the back of his arm. Love it. Both were surprises to each other. While he was deployed he had it done and mine when I went on a road trip with my sister. I want a sailor jerry anchor somewhere and my daughter's name some where. Not sure on where yet.

I've had hypo since I was 9. Ive taken different levels of synthroid currently 112mg. I've never heard of that medication. If I take a the cheap brand its like I'm taking nothing at all, it just doesn't work with me. I'm not an expert by any means but try a different brand or much higher dose. Good luck.

It really depends on the person. I would be thrilled if someone complimented me. The change of pace with the amount of rudeness on a daily basis, some positive feedback once in a while would be lovely. If some one gives you crap, there is something wrong with them.
