I would love this! I need something to motivate me for sure! I go a week good and then I fall and have a eat whatever day! UGH! I am a sucker for sweets and seriously cannot give them up! Count me in!

ME! I am accountable! I'm on daily and my March goal is -8lbs. minimum. I' want to
increase my workouts from 3 nights a week to 5! Also,I walk at least 5 days a week and
I want to increase that to daily.0 -
I use a recovery drink.0

I'm up for something! I have been in somewhat of a rut lately. I need to get my eating stabilized. I am semi-happy with my exercise schedule but just starting up some strength so I'd like to make it an effort to keep that up. Excited to hear what you come up with for the challenge0

Just keeping tabs with everybody - I consulted the doc and found that I cannot do the shred (bad knees) but he's thrilled I'm doing *something.* I went through a number of other fitness games for the Wii I was interested in, and ended up with "Walk it Out", "Just Dance" and "Gold's Gym Dance Workout" which has a fabulous cardio-boxing workout that leaves me trembling. The first option isn't' so hard on my knees, the second one is a good full-body workout, and the last is an absolutely grueling upper-body workout.

I'm interested! My weight's plateaued the last few weeks and I think I need some more variety to help my body change! I try to work out everyday for at least 20minutes and at least one day a week with a big 1-2hr session.0

So interested! This is exactly what I need. Doing things by myself I lose the motivation and give up easily, I think it would be easier if I was doing it with a group and there are people to motivate me and give me advice!
Current/Starting Weight: 170-180 lbs (My scale is broken, I need to get a new one)
Goal Weight: 135 lbs
Need to lose 40 pounds so maybe losing roughly 5-10pounds by the end of March would be a good start!0 -

HI I would be sooo interested in this challenge I am a 30 year old newly wed who wants her thinner life back!!!!!! I work 7-3 five days a week. i try to do some kind of exercise three times a week for 30 to 60 min. I have been on mfp since feb 10th. and have not weighed in yet.which im gonna do on fri morning.0
