I already do the wide stance squats and like those much more than regular squats as they just feel more natural. But this is nice to know. I am kind of scared to use the lifts as I am a huge clutz! I will probably fall flat on my face! But it may be worth a try!!! :flowerforyou:

I hate my ankles and calves. I think I have cankles! I don't see much of a change but have not really measured (maybe I should). Thanks for the article. I will just keep trucking along and hope for some definition soon! I am not into running but I lift and am trying to jog more.

Girls completely dolled up! Ugh... booty shorts as well. Girls who come with guys and "act" like they want to be there and then as soon as the guys leave they don't do anything. BIG, BIG fan of kettlebells here. I love them and they are a fantastic workout. I would recommend that if you have not done them before, you go to a class where an instructor can watch your movements. You can really tweek your back if you are not careful. You can add planks, jumping jacks, ropes, etc. and switch it up. I…
