what exercise do you do that falls under the HIIT category for the EM2WL program? I currently do walk/run interval training.
I'm looking for some new ideas.

Kettlebell workout interspersed with callisthenics. See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7FnkMTL80o0

At bootcamp we do a LOT of kettle bell and band work. A LOT. Adding weight to basic stuff like 15 lbs bells weights in each hand for wall sits and squats or crunches on an exercise ball raising a 20lber over your chest. We add weights to everything from sprints and calf raises to tabata.0

Stationary bike - Alternate sprint, then slow pedaling.
Jumping rope - Alternate fast, then rest.0 -
BIG, BIG fan of kettlebells here. I love them and they are a fantastic workout. I would recommend that if you have not done them before, you go to a class where an instructor can watch your movements. You can really tweek your back if you are not careful. You can add planks, jumping jacks, ropes, etc. and switch it up. I really think the first time I lost 65lbs I lost a lot of it because of kettlebells. I had an awesome instructor.0
