  • I recently heard that if you "binge" the following day on citrus fruits - oranges, grapefruit, lemons & limes - it helps to flush out the calories that you binged on the previous day. It's worth a shot!

  • Pumpkin puree mixed w/ packaged brownie mix is great! I make it in little mini muffin tins, & have bite size pieces of "fudge" for that chocolate fix without destroying a diet.
  • Jumping jacks were better than the butt kicks & jump rope! It all kicked my tail....we'll see if I revise my opinions as the days go on! :)
