@Berniebutt773 calories in calories out. Just making sure you are in a calorie deficit. This has definitely been the slowest form of weight loss for me, but when I decide to eat something not so “healthy” I don’t gain back 5lbs!

Honestly, If something works for you, then it works for you. I love a meal replacement shake ( isagenix or not). I enjoy the flavors, and it works for my schedule. I got mine for Christmas and use it minimum 3 times a week. I did frozen chicken breast the other day in literally 15 minutes...shredded it up, threw it and some veggies on riced cauliflower. The best part is only having 1 pot to clean up!

Riced Cauliflour can be a great option for "rice" . I make pork fried "rice" and my boyfriend LOVES it!

Maybe just have the cheat meal when you feel like it...not specifically planned on a certain day weekly. If you don't feel like it....keep on truckin

I know that when I go crazy and lose a ton of weight quickly, one cheeseburger seems to put back on 10lbs. When I lose the weight slowly and in a correct way, even a whole week of terrible eating doesn't derail my weight loss

CICO- tons of water, eat whatever I want as long as it fits in. Running shrinks my butt and thighs, heavy lifting takes off inches

I think depends on your body type. I'm usually a small in both tops (juniors a bit shorter) and an 8-10 in women's bottoms but an 11-13 depending on the brand of juniors :)

I can't believe everyone's reply says not necessary...must just be my body but I swear I could eat the saaaaaame thing for 3 weeks and drink no water and lose nothing, but if I have my 2 bottles at each meal, the weight comes off?? Lol!! True....but you also could NOT eat it and get to your goal faster :) I've got about 3-4 inches between hips and butt that need to go for them to zip. Can't spot reduce so I'm sure I'll look skeletal up top before anything happens down there haha! Perhaps in time for Halloween!! .eeeeek!!
