HRM and Zumba! What do you burn?
Okay so I usually subtract 100-150 cals of what my HRM says. Just took a 60 min Zumba class and my HRM says 593. I feel like even subtracting the 150 at 443 is still high?? What do you burn in an hour of Zumba??

Something WEIRD that you realized you do....
I shampoo my hair, wash off my hands clean of shampoo, then rinse out the shampoo using my hands!! But I can't not rinse them after I'm done shampooing( and shampooing is a pretty entertaining word)

Just upped my cals to the correct TDEE(modified)....my diary is now set at my BMR cals and I will track and eat back exercise cals. What are some higher calorie healthy items that you eat? I'm having trouble with my exercise staying above my BMR.

Can I make up for a day of way over sodium?
So I went about 1000mg over on my sodium. I did drink water that day but didn't track it well and it wasn't as much as usual. Can I I guess eat at a way low sodium deficit and it will make up for my bad day?

Workout schedule
I tend to head to the gym at least 5 days a week. I always run a mile outside to get warmed up. Then I do some lifting depending on what I haven't done lately. What is your workout schedule. Example: legs Monday, chest Tuesday, cardio daily etc. I feel like if I come up with a schedule it may help me become more consistent.
