Weight Watchers has helped me drop twenty to twenty five pounds. I love it because they are all measured for you, and actually really good meals!! Has helped me out a lot!! Plus I can eat the other style of meals but I make sure I am with in my point range, so I can enjoy my diet but still stay with in my points.

If I go to places like that I look for a grilled chicken wrap, I used to love eating the fries but have tryed to bypass those. But if I really need some I ask for the kid size fries.

Breakfast wise I am usually eating around anywhere from 150 to 200 of my daily calories. But I tend not to really eat a big lunch and concentrate those calories for dinner or a later snack during the evening.

I don't do running but I am on the cross training machines quite a bit and I love to ice the legs down, and then a nice hot shower just to kind of soak them a little bit, and then if that really doesn't work a couple tylenol sometimes will help to

Worked at JC Penney for 5+ years, and dreaded every black Friday!!! Crazy people coming out on that day!!! Have two or more people trying to ask you questions at once, almost lost it at on point and was so happy when that day was done!!!

I would say a nice hard long walk and a wourkout on the Elliptical burns quite a few calories.

I make sure that I get plenty of water in through my day!! I also make sure I am having plenty of protein to keep myself full, but also making sure that I don't go over my calorie set limit.

Yeah started out kind of tough!!! But have kept on it!! Been through lot of medical problems this year, but still have kept logging and tracking as best I can and have gone up and down past my goal weights, but tend to be able to burn it off because of this site!!!

Have to go with my GREEN BAY PACKERS!!!!!!!! Favorite would toss up between Arron Rodgers!!! But got the chance to see Jim Taylor when the Packers were in San Diego for the super bowl. So player wise is a hard one.

I love the Crystal Light kind of all throughout the day. And I used to drink a ton of diet coke. But now it is really only one small can of the Coke zero. So have cut the soda drinking down and getting in more water with the crystal light.

Is it more reliable in tracking cal, distance and just steps then a pedometer? Also I am starting to swim a whole lot more can it be water resistent?

On MFP I usually take off 100 calories at least when I swim. I really don't do lap swimming it is more your general swim, but the time that I put in, just dose not seem to be the correct calorie count!! Wish there was a truly accurate website that I could go to for calorie counts!! Love to use MFP for everything else but…

I start when I get up for breakfast wich is usually around 7 or 7:30am. And then count all throughout the day. And during the week usually end my calorie counting around 8pm or 9pm.

I eat the meals quite often during the week, because I am using the online weight watcher program. They have really helped me lose and keep off the weight. They also have really helped by knowing how many points I have left with them, and if I can enjoy not eating them and just enjoy a nice cooked meal here and there.

I use the full single serve packs of Crystal light in to about a 16 ounce water bottle!! Not sure if that's the correct thing to do or not?

Not much of a veggie fan myself but I love to either drink the V8 or V fusion juices you get the combo of your fruit and veggies with some fruity taste in there also!!
