I worked with a personal trainer for several months and in that time didnt really lose as much weight as when i was purely dieting thats because i gained in muscle. Obviously you need to eat accordingly. I was told to eat 2000 calories atleast when working with my personal trainer. Results are not instant. What i mean is…

Anything by Shaun T seems to be amazing. Has all different levels aswell so you dont get overwhelmed.

I think its worth it. Even if its just a few times. They teach you what to do and how and how everything works so that you can get the most out of your workouts.

I just started and am glad people have seen such awesome results. I cant wait to start seeing mine! I also keep hearing about hip hop abs 2? That would be great!

So we have the same weightloss goal, atleast thats the idea i might stop at a heavier weight depending on how my body looks. I havent been that low since i was a young girl so i have no idea what it looks like. We'll have to wait and see :D

I started the hip hop abs and already notice a slight difference and its only day 2. Could also be because of the green tea ive been drinking lol. Its definitely worth it. I did alot of review reading before i went for it and the positive reviews outway the negative by a huge margin.

Moderation... absolutely. If youre anything like me you are a comfort eater or a bored eater or a i know theres cookies eater lol. Youll know that unless you cheat now and again youll crack and binge. Now for me atleast if i had a couple candies or a slice of pizza once or twice a month id be fine. Just have to do that…

Thank you so much :) Honestly im probably going to gain 100 pounds when that time comes along haha. I just hope my stories shows there are good and bad things that can effect weight loss but we should never just give up. Do what makes you feel happy. Even if you have to sweat and avoid that piece of cake. I also want to…

Ive made a habit of treating myself. I love food so i know i would binge if i didnt have the odd cheesebuger or slice of pizza. Its all about moderation.

Absolutely ive done it once i know i can do it again. I may not be able to go to the gym anymore but atleast now i have the knowledge to do it at home. Where theres a will theres a way!

I just posted a similar thread. I went from 265 to 145 back to 170. Its a big struggle but its worth keeping on. It took me a good 8 months to finally get off my butt and try again. You wont regret the working out and eating healthy but you will regret not trying thats for sure.

I would buy a pair of jeans a size or two too small and make sure i see it everyday. That was always great motivation. Yes i have a trunk full of too small clothing. Motivation continues lol.
