Thxs for the advice...i will definitely start measuring. I am kind of addicted to the scale but the numbers are throwing me off. I definitely dont want to get discouraged so i will give the scale a rest lol

I am the same way...I cannot get over 1,000 calories eating good food. Even when I add a little junk food here and there I am still under my goal. I don't really mind since I am losing weight and I'm not feeling bad.

I think it depends on the person. My calorie intake is suppose to be 1270, but I never reach this unless I go out to eat which is rarely. I think it depends on the person...mines is supposed to be 1270, but I never meet that goal unless I go out to eat, which I rarely do. I normally get to 1,000 calories or less. I don't like to eat that much anyway and when you are eating healthy food you really don't have to eat as much. I don't get light headed or…
