No weight loss

So for the past two weeks I have not loss any weight...I have actually gained about three pounds but my clothes are looser...I dropped a jean size. What is going on? I never go over my caloric intake and I just started back doing Zumba and strength training. I dont really care what the scale says since my clothes are fitting better but it is making me wonder what is going on?

maybe you gained muscle mass? as far as i know muscle weigh more than fat. or maybe you've reached a plateau. idk.0

You're stalled. It happened to me 5 times on my way down. If you're losing inches it doesn't even meet the technical definition of a "stall" but the word conveys what I mean.
I ALWAYS went down a clothing size when I was stalled. And I was always convinced something was horribly wrong and I wouldn't lose any more. And I always did start losing again.
Try to relax. Stay on plan and off the scale for a couple of weeks.0 -
Yeah you def gained muscle weight doing zumba and strength training. Muscle weighs more than fat. I've always been told to measure inches and just use the scale as a second option. Stick to it, if you know you are loosing by the way your clothes fit, don't listen to the scale, measure, measure, measure0

Thxs for the advice...i will definitely start measuring. I am kind of addicted to the scale but the numbers are throwing me off. I definitely dont want to get discouraged so i will give the scale a rest lol0
