I was starting to think the same thing. My daughter pressured me to lose the scales for a while, so I did. I felt much better for it, and the weight started to slowly drop. I increased my exercise goal by 100 cals per session, but also increased my percentage of Protein. I think you need to keep juggling to find what suits…

What a great idea. I was blending fruit and vegs into a little water or milk to get a green shake. This way would help me get my fruits and help me get through some water early in the day. Also much nicer to take to work than a jar of thick green sludge, which gets comments from my work mates.
