Oh fantastic!!!! Thank you for all the ideas. Around a year and a half ago, my husband and I lived out on the road for 6 months in the Semi. Annnnnnnnd I gained 30 pounds eating fast food, things in the truck stop, and just overall not-so-good stuff. Makes me nervous to go back out there with him after losing some weight…

I stopped drinking pop around a year and a half ago. What helped me through at first was Sam's Choice Clear American: Flavored Sparkling Water from Walmart or Sams Club. Has way too much zest for me now, but helped me tremendously while trying to quit drinking pop. All I drink now is Water or Crystal Light.

Thanks for posting this! I have sent this on to several on my facebook who are animal lovers (and they are sending it on as well). I too, had no idea about this. I appreciate you putting this out there!

Haha! Good one!

Great Ideas so far! Thanks Campitor and Jen. Sometimes it's just good to get people's input and have a variety of things to try out. I love egg beaters and eat them already at home, but have not tried out the coffee cup method. I'll have to give that a go before I go with again!

I absolutely love this! Thanks for posting!

Haha! I had to re-read what I copied and pasted from that website. I'm like *douche* :noway: ............ yep, that's what I read! Since it's his turn to go shopping and all, it would definately be humorous to see him looking at his options. Too funny!

A few of the top ideas for removing skunk odor from the family dog include: Vinegar and water. There are many who swear by this method for removing skunk odors. The idea is to soak the dog in a white vinegar and water bath, soap him up and then rinse. Repeat the process if it does not work the first time. Apple cider…

Ooooh, my husband is an OTR truck driver. I actually just went to get him as he is "passing through" and is here for the night. He is usually out for 3-4 weeks, home for 3-4 days. It's rough at times, but works for us. No children yet! Hopefully after I lose this weight!

A machine similar to this one at the gym has helped me in the past with my inner / outter legs. And now that I've started back at the gym again this past week, my inner thighs have been sore for the past couple days from doing this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ystGsjnBots

Wow, you look Fantastic! How inspiring!

I'm fairly new to MFP (and already checking in with this account more than FB) but today I was sooooo hungry while out and about. I chose to purchase 1/2 cup of grapes with a few pieces of cheese (55 calories) -go me!- instead of something chocolate. My mouth usually starts watering even mentioning THAT word! But my 1/2…

I find this so funny because I feel the same way! I just started back to the gym last night but I've been setting an alarm to go for almost a week. I've felt so anxious and get all worked up about it, that I wouldn't go. When I went to the gym (before my 5ish month "break") I felt that way almost every time I went. (What…
