I'm a bigger then the average person. I started at 6'1" 276. I started getting a few comments after about 30 - 35 lbs lost. I'm down to 225 now and I get a few comments everyday. Congrats on your first 18 down.

I like pickles, Special K cracker crisp, beef jerky, baby carrots with hummus or fat free ranch, apples, grapes and cucumber with cheese.

I like the Yoplait 100 with 2x protein. Black cherry is the best flavor for them, although I’m upset because they haven’t come out with a Blueberry yet.

I would loosely interpret it as running. I went from doing none about 5 months ago. Now I'm good for 2 miles a day 6 days a week. I can push to three a day but then my dog can't keep up so we comprimise with a few 2.5 mile days.

I check the scale everyday in the morning when I get up. Howeve,r I only really track progress on my weight once on Monday mornings. I don't know if its always the shoe. I bought new arch support inserts and put them in my old shoes and it made a world of difference.

I'm tracking everyting. The numbers above are gross. If you go to net it would be less calories a day. I don't eat back the calories lost from exercise so I don't really use the net function. I even measure everything like dressing, condiments, etc. to be sure its accurate.
