I rebound on a mini trampoline. Much easier than running.... just bouncing ... all though you can run on it and the impact is much better. I hurt my ankle this spring by falling down some stairs at work, and it is much easier on it than most cardio exercises and it really gets your heart rate up fast.

This is the first time I have had to get on the board and it is after 10 pm.
