Get fit Grandma

Hi everyone! Just checking in to see if there is any baby boomers on here wanting to be an in shape grandma/pa as I am, and wanting friendship. I am 61, and want to be slimmer and in shape. That being said, I also work a full time sit down job 10-12 hours a day (Communications center of hospital). Good thing is our desks raise and we can work standing up etc. and move around. I also walk or use a small work out gym at the hospital on my 1/2 hour lunch. Most of my weight has come from stress/bordom eating, so just tallying what I eat is an eye opener. Love this site!:heart:

    I know your post is from April but I was just checking to see if you are still on your journey. I am a grandma myself who has discovered this whole new thing of fitness. My journey began a couple of years ago, I lost a total of 72 pounds and am now just doing my best to maintain, although I would really like to get some more weight off. Let me know how you are doing.
